ssh -T causes a confusing login without a PS1 on CAEN. It's a great way to test GitHub connections, but not CAEN.

Improve the CAEN Linux tutorial to better support those using
gitin addition to the backup optionrsync. This also include some improvements to the organization.I did this in person together with suggestions from EECS 482 / @samiuf
